Ferrus and Non Ferrus Castings
The company’s metallurgical engineering arm, Verizone Technologies, is capable of designing, manufacturing and machining of castings of all grades with size ranging between 0.1Kg to 5000 Kgs per piece with heat treatment facilities, catering to engineering, power, automobile and heavy earth moving industry sectors with the help of simulation to ensure quality and specified requirements of clients.
Fabrication
The company`s mechanical engineering arm, Jaya Industries has an area of 235 SQM out of which 180 SQM is covered. It also has a separate machine shop. In the last year, the company did 90 Tons of fabrication jobs . The company is capable of doing fabrication jobs in all grades of Stainless steel with sheet metal, pipes or members conforming to ASME, Sec VIII, Div 1 as per drawings forwarded by the client.
