PADMANAV NIYOGI

Born on 10th May,1957, completed schooling from The Doon School, Dehra Dun, a leading public school in India. Graduated in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) from Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam and thereafter completed Post Graduate diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Institute of Modern Management, Calcutta.

Became a member of the Institution of Engineers(India) MIE, in 1985 and thereafter Chartered Engineer in 1987.

Thirty years of  experience in setting up Turn-key projects, fabrication and procurements in both India and abroad . Conversant in International Negotiations ,Business and Trade ,having travelled to UK, France, Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China in connection with  setting up turn-key projects, fabrication, engineering procurements, marketing and  participating in Trade fairs.

SUBHAS DAS

Born on 1st February, 1957 , graduated in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam and thereafter completed Post Graduation in Energy management from National Productivity Council

Thirty years of corporate experience in various fields of hardcore engineering plant functions and high end consulting in technical, management, human resources and recruitment functions.

SALIL KUMAR BHATTACHARYYA

Born on 19th August,1940, graduated in Electrical Engineering( BE) from Calcutta University, India ,after which he joined the Indian Army as Commissioned Officer, Corps of Electrical& Mechanical Engineers, responsible for maintenance of equipments used in the Army.

After a stint of 6 years in the Indian Army he joined Tata Steel and was deputed to the Coal Mines, which are large mechanized underground coal mines. Here again, he was responsible for the maintenance of the mechanical and electrical equipments including the earth movers and heavy duty dumper trucks.

After 15 years with the Coal Mines of Tata Steel, he joined Usha Telehoist Ltd, a premier hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in India as Chief of the Marketing Department .The main clients handled by him in India are

The Coal Sector ( Coal India & Tata Steel, Singereni Coal Co Ltd)
The Steel Sector (SAIL, Tata Steel, Jindal etc.)
The Earth Moving Sector (BEML, TELCON, L&T, Escorts, TIL Etc.)

Mr.Bhattacharyya had a 20 year stint with Usha Telehoist Ltd., initially as General Manager (Marketing) and thereafter as Marketing Advisor. He has also travelled widely in Europe and USA in connection with plant visits and procurements.
